How do you design an immersive experience that is engaging, interactive, and meaningful—without requiring full participation from the person at the center of it? What is the smallest scale, action-driven adventure that still fosters a sense of discovery and connection?
Solution: A Collection of Tiny Missions
The result was a playful, low-pressure experience disguised as a simple collection of miniature, colorful plastic ducks, each paired with a mission. These missions encouraged action, interpretation, and curiosity, without demanding a heavy time commitment.
Each duck came with an open-ended prompt, such as:
Place me somewhere whimsical
Place me somewhere soft
Place me somewhere unexpected
Place me somewhere funny
By keeping the instructions loose and subjective, the experience became modular and adaptable, allowing for unique, personalized interactions.
